Our Team

Jeremy Rawitz, of Sales Strategy Corp., an authorized licensee of the Sandler Sales Institute,  has been a corporate trainer, mentor and coach for the past 15 years.  He began his career as a banker over 20 years ago, in a sales position starting up a desk to sell foreign exchange and risk management services to Fortune 1000 companies.  He served as a manager at Manufacturers Hanover, selling and marketing a variety of corporate products and services to both middle market and large clients.  His career then took him to energy risk management where he was head of product origination at CIBC in NYC.  He developed training programs in energy risk management and derivatives where he trained in over 20 countries. 

Later, he successfully started up two training companies handling all responsibilities associated with start-ups such as marketing and sales.  This background of working with both small and large entities provides a solid understanding of all phases of the sales process. His previous clients include a variety of companies and individuals from technology start-ups, software distributors, government agencies, small oil and gas exploration companies to the largest energy companies in the world.

Jeremy became certified in the Sandler Sales methodology in 2003, and founded Sales Strategy Corp. that year.  His mission is supporting business owners and sales people in creating extraordinary results in their businesses through training and coaching.

Richard Isaac, the founder and President of Legend Development Services, is our Sandler strategic alliance partner in Hauppauge, Long Island. Rich loves to help his clients to reach their full potential in sales and business. Now in our 10th year of business, we've had the pleasure of helping hundreds of dedicated companies and individuals to become more confident and competent in sales.

Rich possesses a varied technical and business background gained over 25 years in industry. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University, and an MBA from Hofstra University. He started his career as an Engineer with the Grumman Corporation, and eventually moved into Marketing/Sales positions at several Long Island high-tech companies. These include ADEMCO (a division of the Pittway Corporation) and Symbol Technologies, Inc. Richard spent nearly ten years at Symbol, ultimately reaching the position of Director of Marketing.

Rich became certified in the Sandler Sales methodology in 1996, and founded Legend Development Services that fall. He and his staff have grown Legend Development Services, Inc. into one of the most prominent and successful Sales Consulting firms on Long Island.

Danny Wood is our Sandler strategic alliance partner in northern New Jersey. Danny has developed the sales and marketing skills he possesses from 17 years in the apparel industry. He started his career as an account executive and quickly moved through the ranks to major account management and on to regional sales manager. By the time Danny decided that the knowledge and training he developed over the years in sales and marketing should be shared with others, he was VP of sales and marketing for a major sportswear company. He holds a degree in marketing from Florida Atlantic University and believes that through education and training one can achieve any goal that one sets for themselves. He lives by the motto "That commitment and desire to ones family, ones self and ones career is a sure path to success".
