  • New Product Development: Extensive experience in identifying new commercial opportunities in the banking, capital markets, energy markets and emerging OTC commodity markets. Originating, structuring and negotiating derivatives transactions with multi-national Fortune 500 accounts. Talented communicator, who is able to build rapport and bring transactions to closure despite differing objectives of each partner.
  • Corporate Training: Dynamic presentation style with ability to captivate audiences and encourage learner participation. Expertise in formulating training policies and in professional development and credentialing. Trained over 10,000 students worldwide resulting in enhanced market knowledge, stronger sales readiness, advanced product and competitive awareness, and improved risk assessment.
  • Behaviors and Attitudes: Techniques are important to all sales professionals, however, behaviors and attitudes are the leading cause for failure or not achieving the desired results.  Being a "road warrior" sales person and subsequently managing or working with hundreds of sales professionals all over North America has enabled me to understand the psychology of sales and why some succeed and some fail.
  • Consultation: Strategizing is important, it is call preparation, however, debriefing after a call can be even more important.  Need to understand why you did not close a deal, however more importantly why did you succeed.  With many years of field work and negotiating, it is my passion to help sales professionals understand buyers and what works.
